Here at Blue Heart Wellness, the process for first-timers is super-simple. We’ve narrowed it down to 4 simple steps…
Step one: Schedule your first appointment
This part is easy. You can either schedule an appointment right here online, or call us at (714) 798-4325.
Step two: Dress for napping (yes, we actually said that)
When you visit us, be sure to wear loose clothing (yoga pants, wide leg slacks, long skirts and short sleeves or loose sleeves that can be rolled up). We’ll need access to areas just above your knees and just above your elbows.
Step three: Fill out the super quick paperwork
We strongly recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before your first appointment time. We have some quick paperwork that you will need to fill out, and it will also give you time to ask any questions or address any concerns that you may have as a newbie. You may also choose to print out your paperwork and complete it before your arrival.

Step four: Settle in and get comfy
Find a comfy treatment chair in our community treatment room, kick off your shoes, roll up your sleeves & pant legs, and relax. We’ll take care of the rest.
If you want to listen to your own meditation or music, be sure to bring headphones.
One last tip
Be sure you’ve at least had something small to eat prior to your acupuncture treatment. Being treated on an empty stomach may make you feel lightheaded.
