Guided Meditation Thursdays

Regular Meditation can replace stress and anxiety with a sense of calm and bliss. Have you tried to meditate at home without much success? Come meditate with us and Lisa will provide you guidance as well as give you a boost with some energy healing. The sessions are donation based with recommended amount of $10-20 per session per person.
