Evening Meditation Thursdays

Regular Meditation can replace stress and anxiety with a sense of calm and bliss. Have you tried to meditate at home without much success? Starting December, we will be offering guided meditation sessions with various topics that may help you through the holidays and more. We will also provide group energy healing in each session with the theme of the day. The sessions are donation based with recommended amount of $10-20 per session per person.
May 10th: Letting Go of Physical Pain
- May 24th: Releasing Anger
- June 7th: Releasing Guilt
- June 21st: Calming the Mind
- July 12th: Surrender
